Psalm 34:18

Have you ever been in a really dark place?

The kind of dark place where you can be surrounded by friends and family - yet still feel alone?

The kind of dark place that makes you wonder if you weren’t here tomorrow, who would care?

Yea, me too. I couldn’t always put a finger on why I felt that way when it happened though, because I knew better. I know I have friends and family that love me; that would help me if I spoke up and asked for it. But it’s not always easy to speak up.

That’s why it’s import to remember that God is always with you, especially to those who are crushed in spirit or broken hearted. So the next time you’re down in the dumps, remember Psalm 34:18.
