I was SO TIRED yesterday that I really didn’t feel like going to the gym. I just wanted to go home, eat and take a nap! I didn’t though - I went to the gym anyway and broke a sweat. Was it the easier task? No. Was it the more rewarding task? Absolutely! Don’t quit on yourself today.. MEET THOSE GOALS!
